StableTools FAQ

What StableTools is, what it costs (free to use today), which Cardano DEXes it covers, who makes it (StableCents), and how it relates to TapTools (it doesn’t — TapTools wound down in June 2026; StableTools is an independent, active, free alternative).

What is StableTools?

StableTools is a free real-time DeFi terminal for Cardano, built by StableCents. It merges live DEX prices across 8 venues — Minswap, SundaeSwap, WingRiders, VyFi, Splash, CSwap, snek.fun and Saturnswap — into one set of boards. Indigo’s synthetics appear on the boards; Indigo itself isn’t an indexed venue yet. Around the boards: a pair explorer, a new-pool feed, token profiles with exact indexed trade history, a wallet profiler with verified full-history profit and loss, money flow analytics, a snek.fun launchpad terminal, portfolio tracking and a Midnight ecosystem watchtower.

Is StableTools free?

Yes, free to use today — every board, chart, token page, wallet profile and export, with no account required for browsing. Our goal is to keep core market and on-chain data broadly accessible; as usage and operating costs grow, some advanced or higher-volume tools may become paid. The product is funded by donations, promoted token placements and the xCents token — none of which change what the data says.

What chains does StableTools cover?

Cardano is the core: live DEX trading data, plus pool, token and wallet analytics. StableTools also runs a Midnight ecosystem watchtower — a directory of DeFi projects building on Midnight, NIGHT token coverage and a network monitor. Midnight is private-by-design, so there is no public DEX price board there yet.

Who makes StableTools?

StableCents — the brand of an anonymous independent team; there is no registered company behind it. StableTools is the product, and xCents is StableCents’ token — paid items on StableTools cost half as much when paid in xCents. More on the About page.

Is StableTools related to TapTools?

No. StableTools is not affiliated with TapTools. TapTools was a separate Cardano analytics product that wound down in June 2026. StableTools was built independently, is active today, and is a free alternative — all data, no paywall.

Which Cardano DEXes does StableTools track?

Per-venue coverage spans 8 DEXes: Minswap, SundaeSwap, WingRiders, VyFi, Splash, CSwap, snek.fun and Saturnswap. Indigo’s synthetics appear on the boards; Indigo itself isn’t an indexed venue yet. The pair explorer lists every indexed liquidity pool, and the All Tokens board goes beyond the curated list to every token with a real pool.

Do I need an account or a wallet?

No. Browsing requires no login, and signing in unlocks no data, because none of it is locked. An optional account syncs your watchlist and settings between devices; connecting a wallet is read-only, for the portfolio view. StableTools never custodies funds.

Can I see a wallet’s profit and loss?

Yes. The wallet profiler builds a dossier for any public Cardano address: holdings, realised and unrealised P&L from verified full-history trades, counterparties and a timeline. Point it at your own wallet from the portfolio page.

What is the snek.fun launchpad?

A live data feed for the snek.fun bonding curve: launch a token, trade it while it is still on the curve, lock supply, and follow graduations into the regular DEX boards — on /snekfun, with the same indexed treatment as every other venue.
